  • Manage recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews
  • Managing the relation with the candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
  • In Processes, verifies, and maintains personnel related documentation forming job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits and schedules
  • Provide help to colleagues on any HR related issue
  • Be involved in HR administrative process
  • Run reports as necessary


  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Positive, problem solving attitude
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
