Reporting into the Head of Commercial Product Engagement, you will help maintain and improve the documentation framework for iSoftBet’s product line. This will include the creation and maintenance of product documentation, release notes & version control.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation.
  • Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as FAQs and other educational techniques.
  • Integrate use case and functional data into user documentation in a way that instraucts, teaches and provides context.
  • Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.
  • Identify intended audiences and anticipate questions that end-users are likely to ask; ensure these questions are addressed in the relative documentation.
  • Act as an editor to ensure consistency in documentation across iSoftBet’s product line.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and refine the best practices for writing and managing information.
  • Participate in document improvement initiatives.
  • Manage updates and revisions to iSoftBet’s product documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience working with content in multiple mediums.
  • Experience owning an end-to-end documentation control process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Process modelling, user journey visualisation, wireframing and other techniques to help key stakeholders better understand subject matter.
  • Organised and willing to help create and manage processes that involve getting teams to work better together.
  • Ambitious and driven to deliver the highest possible quality in all initiatives.
  • A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
  • Strong willingness to learn our product portfolio and understand our customers’ needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. 
  • Customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to think creatively.
